Schedule at Walgreens
To schedule an appointment at
a Walgreens, you will have to fill out another short form.
Don’t be thrown by “what kind of vaccine is
needed today.” You will be given a chance to
select a date and time for your vaccine in the next step.
After you tap the little circle next to the type of vaccine you want and enter your zip code and birth date, you will tap on the “Next” button to continue.
