Whether you never got your purchase or you were just unsatisfied with it, you will need more than a psychic to get your money back or a replacement.
Whenever you make a purchase online, keep all the transaction records, including the confirmation page/number, the URL (website address) of the store and any associated emails.
If it is not a scam, your records will make it easier to get a replacement or refund.
And if it IS a scam, you will have more information when you report the scammer to the authorities.
